Burst pipes & leak detection
A burst pipe needs the water off and the repair done quickly. A hidden leak — a rising bill, a damp wall, a patch that won't dry — needs finding before it does damage. We trace the source and repair it with as little breaking-out as possible.
Blocked drains
Slow or blocked sinks, toilets and outside drains cleared, and — where we can — the cause identified so it doesn't keep coming back. Call the 24-hour line if a blockage is backing up into the house.
Taps & mixers
Dripping taps, worn washers and cartridges, and new mixers fitted — a small job that wastes a surprising amount of water when it's left. Done neatly, tested and left tidy.
Toilets & cisterns
Running, leaking or blocked toilets, faulty cistern mechanisms and new pans and cisterns fitted. We stop the constant running that quietly drives up the water bill.
General household plumbing
Basins, waste pipes, stop-taps, water connections and the general list of small jobs that add up around a house. If water runs through it, we do it.
Certificates of Compliance (CoC)
Where plumbing work needs a Certificate of Compliance — often for insurance or a property sale — we can issue one for the work carried out. To confirm whether CoCs are issued as standard, to be confirmed by the company.
