Burst & leaking geysers
A burst geyser can flood a ceiling fast. We come out, isolate the water and power, drain the unit and repair or replace it — then sort the mess-related claim side with your insurer where it's covered. Call the 24-hour line the moment you notice it.
Geyser replacement & installation
A new geyser fitted correctly: the right bracket or platform, the drip tray and overflow, the vacuum breaker, and the pressure-control and safety valves — with a Certificate of Compliance where issued. Needs content geyser brands stocked and standard warranty period to be confirmed by the company.
Elements, thermostats, pressure & safety valves
Often the geyser doesn't need replacing — just a failed element, a tripping thermostat, or a leaking pressure-control or safety valve. We diagnose the actual fault and replace the part, then test that it's holding and heating correctly.
Drip trays & overflow
A correctly plumbed drip tray and overflow is what stops a slow geyser leak becoming ceiling damage. We fit and correct trays and overflow routing so any future leak drains safely instead of into the house.
“No hot water” diagnosis
No hot water can be a tripped isolator, a failed element or thermostat, or a bigger fault. We work through it methodically rather than guessing, tell you what it is and what it'll take, and get the hot water back on.
